What a Surprise!

Today started off with a rain storm but would eventually clear up later in the day. Jorge had decided to finish his denim bag and I am happy to report has been completed. Pics another day. But what was so wonderful about today is that it's Easter. A simple quiet day full of grace in the heart for the very man who died on our Cross of Life to Rise again.

And an added bonus of our day is when the winter boss came over to knock on our door to say someone was here to see us. Who????? I was so jazzed at the answer: my OCD partner in crime Betty and her husband Weldon. It was pure joy to see them again. They where camp host for CLM last season. This year they are working for a super area and company and I couldn't be happier for them. Ummmm when Betty cleans she cleans (I am a mini her) - so if any of her future bosses read this then I am shouting out in my loudest voice "TREAT THEM GOOD YOU WON'T FIND A MORE HARD-WORKING PAIR"... So we all hung out for a while swapping stories and experiences and then off they went.

And so as the day is winding down it's time to make some dinner and do some more relaxing and day dreaming. I am day dreaming about May for Me - excited to be a part of a team of wonderful women who I find I talk to more then my family these days.... I miss my family so much and hate the ocean sometimes because its what keeps us apart. Giving a shout out to Miami letting them know we are missing them too... Love the current pictures too!!

Rubber Stamps found in my RV

When we are parked for long periods of time, I tend to make gifts for people who are parked near us. Boondocking folks love little goodies and I love making them. These days I am so busy working on our 4 etsy stores, I just haven't had time to do such nice deeds.

Well, this morning we went to write a friend a thank-you note for sending Jorge a ton of beads and to come find out - we are out of thank-you cards. That's it! I've had it... And so I went to pull out my rubber stamps only I have Christmas cheap cheap rubber stamps.

 My question for her is about making stationary cards and the rule of thumb on making them. She kind of laughed at me chanting "Are you crazy asking me - it's I who should be asking you, your the full time crafter"... OK I get the point! She may be onto something here... So Sue thank you for taking the time to help me with my order and answering my question. Not only my friend but someone I go to often for support. See Sue has MS (multiple sclerosis) which also took the life of one of my loving family member "Pea" almost 2 years ago June 1st. OK I don't want to talk about that any more - I miss my brother so much. But Sue understands me better then most of my friends do because she battles this terrible awful - I hate MS thing.

Today my friend Lovely Women came by our rig to give me a present (I don't cry in front of people and had to wait till she left - super private - I know dumb) and I was so taking aback by the meaning. I have to share with you all what I got. Just for being me!! I like me today...

Jorge and his package

What an exciting day today. Woke up to having coffee served to me in bed... Got my work done in the nick of time. Forgot to eat breakfast (bad girl I am). Finished up a beanie hat and by then it was 10:30 am and we headed outside to work in the yard for our winter work. About 2pm the boss came with mail for us and here is where it gets good. Jorge got beads!! Thank you so very much Kelli.

Kelli had emailed us a ways back asking if Jorge wanted her beads because she no longer needed them and oh course we are foaming at the mouth and that yes we'd be happy to take them. We just didn't know it was a ton of beads. This helps our budget big time and the beads are beyond beautiful and will be used for sure. It was a great surprise!! See the wonderful beads she sent Jorge. He'll start working with them next week.

So being super happy and blessed by super good friends lets get on to our feature...
